About the Role

We're recruiting for a Data Processing Operator to join an industry-leading organisation based in Sittingbourne on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team, working with specialist digital data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and convert data between a variety of digital media and formats.
• Transcribe and transfer data using specialist software.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and label digital media in line with client requirements.
• Update internal work management systems.
• Report hardware or data issues where necessary.
• Work towards daily productivity and quality targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and ensure excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• GCSEs (or equivalent).
• Previous experience within the oil & gas (E&P) industry, data processing, computer operations, or a similar technical environment.
• Knowledge of data management or digital media formats.
• Experience with SEG formats and media types is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
