We're recruiting organised, reliable and customer-focused people to join our busy scheduling team. No previous scheduling experience is required as full training will be provided. This role is ideal for candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, warehousing, or contact centre backgrounds.

What You'll Do

• Schedule field engineers to customer appointments.
• Manage urgent and priority service requests.
• Communicate with customers, engineers and support teams.
• Resolve scheduling issues and keep services running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance, with a proven track record of reliability.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
