Industrial Cleaner / Litter Picker
Location: Derwent Way, Wath West Industrial Estate, Wath-upon-Dearne, S63
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Overtime Rates:

Overtime after 8 hours per day paid at time and a half
Saturdays paid at time and a half
Sundays paid at double time

Please note that candidate MUST pass drug and alcohol test and agree to random test during the year.

Industrial Cleaner / Litter Picker Required
We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Cleaner / Litter Picker to join a busy recycling facility based in Wath-upon-Dearne. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering long-term work with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
The role will involve working both indoors and outdoors across the recycling site, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Duties will include:

Litter picking across the site
General industrial cleaning duties
Keeping walkways, work areas and outdoor spaces clean and tidy
Sweeping and clearing debris
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
Supporting site operations with general housekeeping tasks
Following health and safety procedures at all times

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous industrial cleaning, site cleaning, housekeeping or litter-picking experience
Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Be reliable and punctual
Be physically fit and happy to undertake a hands-on role
Be able to pass drug and alcohol test
