We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a highly respected global medical devices team. • Manage customer orders and bookings accurately and efficiently
  • Support healthcare customers with queries and requests
  • Resolve issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams
  • Deliver a high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Contribute to team targets and service performance goals
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers and colleagues

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from people who are:

✅ Experienced in a customer facing environment
✅ Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
✅ Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
✅ Positive, proactive and committed to delivering outstanding service
✅ Able to take ownership and solve problems effectively

What's On Offer?

💷 Competitive Pay

  • £13.85 per hour during training

    • Week 2: 9:45am - 6:15pm

Why You'll Love Working Here

This is more than just a customer service role. You'll join a business recognised globally for innovation, sustainability and employee wellbeing. Benefits include:

  • Annual performance-related bonus
  • Modern offices with excellent transport links
  • Free onsite parking
  • Onsite gym facilities
  • Subsidised restaurant and popular coffee shop
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment
  • Opportunity to gain experience within a world-class healthcare organisation
