Job Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely and professionally.
• Complete assigned deliveries and collections to schedule, maintaining accurate timing and documentation
• Follow all site rules and loading/unloading procedures
• Ensure vehicle checks are completed before and after each shift
• Maintain compliance with tachograph and driving regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) entitlement
• Must be over 21
• Less than 6 points on your licence - no major endorsements
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience
• Strong understanding of UK driving and tachograph compliance
• Ability to work days, night shifts and manage weekend schedules reliably
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude with transport teams and site staff
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time
• HGV 1 driving capability with safe, confident handling of large goods vehicles
