Class 2 Driver

£17.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm | Immediate Starts

Manpower is recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers on behalf of a leading global logistics company based in Avonmouth.

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be delivering kitchen units to residential customers and construction sites across the South West. You'll work alongside a driver's mate on many deliveries and provide a professional, friendly service to customers.

Duties include:

• Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle safely and efficiently
• Delivering kitchen units to homes and building sites
• Assisting with home deliveries, including taking items into customers' properties when required
• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring legal compliance
• Managing a multidrop delivery route
• Using handheld scanners and completing delivery paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, CD or IN endorsements)
• Previous multidrop driving experience is advantageous
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Pay & Benefits

• £17.00 per hour

• 5:30am starts
• Weekly pay
