Location: Crick (until January), moving to a brand-new site in Rugby
Contract: Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off Nights
Hours: 18:00 - 06:00
Pay Rate: £15.83 per hour

Exciting Opportunity to Join a New Warehouse Operation

We are recruiting for Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) & Pallet Truck Operators to join a growing logistics business. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team from the very beginning, supporting operations at the Crick site until January before transferring to a brand-new warehouse facility in Rugby.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements
• Support general warehouse duties when required
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, although full in-house training is available
• Pallet truck experience desirable
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
