Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

Manpower is recruiting a Labourer on behalf of our client based just outside of Porthcawl. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy site team in a hands on role, supporting the day to day operation of a waste management facility.

The Role
As a Labourer, you will be responsible for supporting site operations and ensuring the facility remains safe, clean and efficient at all times.

Duties will include:
* Receiving food waste deliveries and assisting with vehicle tipping operations
* Power washing equipment and maintaining site cleanliness
* Carrying out general labouring and housekeeping duties across the site
* Supporting waste handling and processing activities
* Working in line with all health and safety procedures
* Assisting the wider team with day to day operational tasks as required

What We're Looking For
* Previous labouring, industrial or site based experience would be advantageous
* A valid UK driving licence is essential
* Ability to carry out physically demanding work
* Reliable, punctual and hard working attitude
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Awareness of health and safety procedures
* Comfortable working in an environment where there may be strong odours due to the nature of the work
