Manufacturing Operator (Rotational Shifts) - Paisley

Our client, a reputable company in the medical manufacturing sector, is hiring for a Manufacturing Operator to join their team in Paisley. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where safety, quality, and precision are paramount.

What you'll be doing:
* Manually assembling tubing and connectors for medical use
* Reading manufacturing drawings and following SOPs
* Manufacturing bags in line with product blueprints
* Using tape measures to meet customer specifications
* Recording accurate documentation per GMP standards
* Conducting visual inspections on in-process and finished products
* Supporting lean process improvements
* Working in a cleanroom environment, wearing PPE, and adhering to safety protocols
* Handling materials and using hand tools with care and precision
* Participating in team activities across shifts to ensure smooth changeovers

What you'll bring:
* Ability to thrive in a team-focused environment
* Experience in manufacturing or processing industries
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic math skills and manual dexterity
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts (early, back, and night shifts)
* Commitment to safety and GMP compliance
* Secondary education or equivalent

Shift & Pay:
* Rotating shifts: 2PM-10PM, 6AM-2PM, 10PM-6AM
* Pay rate: £13.20 per hour + 25% shift allowance
