Visual Inspector

Location: Swindon
Pay: £13.86 per hour + 22% shift allowance
Shifts: Monday to Friday - Rotating 07:00-15:00 & 15:00-23:00

Manpower is recruiting for Visual Inspectors to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a regulated production environment with full training provided.

The Role

• Inspect filled vials for defects such as particles, cracks, chips and fill level issues.
• Follow GMP procedures and quality standards.
• Accurately record inspection results.
• Report any quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good eyesight (corrective lenses are acceptable if they meet the required standard).
• GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or another regulated environment is beneficial but not essential.
