Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for your next opportunity? Our client is seeking a Logistics Operative to join their busy manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the movement of materials and ensuring manufacturing operations run efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

• Transport materials from receiving and production areas to designated locations using manual or electric hand trucks.
• Pick and kit materials ready for delivery to production lines.
• Pick production orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack finished units into crates ready for dispatch.
• Carry out regular 5S inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow and promote Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) best practices in line with company standards.
• Work collaboratively with production and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when required.

What you'll bring:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is essential.
• Strong material handling skills with the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is essential.
• Counterbalance, Aisle Master and Multi-Directional (Combi) licences are desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Good standard of English.
• Flexibility to work rotating shift patterns.

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating early and late shifts:
  • 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Monday to Thursday, with shorter shifts on Fridays.
• Day shift (8:00am - 4:30pm) may be required during initial training.
• Shift premium payable in addition to the base hourly rate.
• Future shift patterns may be adjusted to support production requirements.
