Warehouse Operative (Full Time)
📍 Location: Over, Cambridge (CB24)
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
💰 Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

Manpower is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing client based in Over, Cambridge. Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of laboratory products and scientific equipment, serving customers across the UK and internationally.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and supportive team in a permanent, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, and unloading deliveries against delivery documentation
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting regular stock checks
• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely when required
• Supporting general warehouse operations, including manual handling duties
• Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for extended periods
• Basic computer skills and experience with stock management systems would be advantageous
