Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a busy workshop based in Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a strong background in manufacturing, assembling, and finishing high-quality joinery products.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing and assembling a range of bespoke and standard joinery products.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out finishing work to a high standard.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with quality and safety requirements.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Bench Joiner.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Competent in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
