Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Global Fleet Operations Project Delivery Specialist for our client to drive operational excellence across our vehicle programs. Your primary focus will be the design and global implementation of a standardized fleet policy framework. You will be responsible for the execution; not just the planning; of critical initiatives, ensuring our fleet policies are effective, compliant, and optimized for our client's global business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global fleet policy refresh, including review, localization, and publication across all operating locations.
  • Drive fleet transformation delivery through policy writing, impact analysis, and implementation.
  • Partner with Labour Relations, Legal, EHS, Sourcing, Compensation & Benefits, and Fleet Operations to deliver compliant and practical policy solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate policy drafting, analysis, and document reviews.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across unionized workforces and works councils, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and collective agreements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Execution Focus: A "doer" mindset. You have a track record of rolling up your sleeves to get things done, rather than managing the work of others.
  • Cross-Functional Expertise: Demonstrable experience working within and across complex corporate functions, specifically Labour Relations, Legal, EHS, and C&B.
  • Navigating Labor Complexity: Practical, proven experience implementing operational changes within unionized environments and successfully engaging with works councils.
  • Tech-Forward Delivery: Mandatory experience using AI tools to streamline documentation, accelerate complex research, and improve project execution.
  • Operational Agility: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where you must balance global mandates with local operational reality.
  • Education/Experience: Relevant experience in fleet management, global operations, or corporate policy execution.
