  • Contribute to safety, reliability and operational improvements

Why Join?

  • £35,000 basic salary
  • Overtime paid at £20/hour
  • Sunday overtime paid at £33.65/hour
  • Day, afternoon and night shift opportunities
  • Stable employer with long-term growth plans
  • Major ongoing investment in plant and equipment
  • Strong overtime earning potential
  • Flexible holiday booking outside of shutdown periods
  • Opportunity to join a business where engineering is central to future success

What We're Looking For

We're interested in engineers from foundry, steel, quarrying, aggregates, recycling, cement, heavy manufacturing, process or similar industrial environments.

You'll ideally have experience with:

  • Hydraulics, valves and cylinders
  • Bearings and rotating equipment
  • Pneumatic systems
  • Mechanical gearboxes and transmissions
  • Pumps, conveyors and industrial machinery
  • Welding, cutting and grinding

You'll also have:

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in planned and reactive maintenance
  • Basic electrical fault-finding knowledge
  • A hands-on approach and strong commitment to safety

Foundry experience is beneficial but not essential. We're equally interested in engineers from heavy industrial environments with strong mechanical maintenance and root cause analysis skills.

Please note: This is a heavy industrial foundry environment involving heat, dust, noise and large-scale manufacturing equipment.
