Multi-Skilled Engineer

Location: Bradford
Salary: Competitive
Shift Pattern: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week on a rotating pattern (annual rota provided)

Overview

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting the maintenance and reliability of production equipment. The role involves both reactive and planned maintenance, with a strong focus on mechanical breakdowns and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support the smooth running of manufacturing operations.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Multi-Skilled, Mechanical, or Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with equipment such as conveyors, bearings, pulleys, timing belts, and sensors.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
