Production Operative (Moulding) - Contractor (15 positions)
Location: Loughborough

Pay Rate: £13.72 per hour (Shift Rate £15.42 per hour)

Shift Pattern: Week 1 / Week 2: Double days 5:45-13:45
- Afternoons: 13:45-22:15 (Mon-Thurs), 13:45-19:15 (Fri)

Our Client is hiring Production Operatives to support an upcoming order book, with 3 months initially. There's real potential to move to permanent (T2P) from around the 12th week, so if you're looking for stability with a clear route forward, this could be a great match.

What you'll be doing:
* Training for the first 4 weeks after induction, to get up to speed with the process
* Support day-to-day moulding production activities in a busy engineering environment
* Operate on a rotating shift pattern to meet production demand
* Follow site procedures to help maintain quality and consistency across output
