Experienced TIG Welder
1 Day Shift & 1 Night Shift | (Nottingham)
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour | Nightshift allowance: £21 per night

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join a busy and growing precision engineering and fabrication environment in Nottingham. This role is ideal for welders who take pride in producing exceptional, high quality work and can contribute from day one.

The Role
You will be responsible for producing high quality fabricated components to customer specifications, ensuring all work meets strict standards of accuracy, quality and precision.

As the new TIG Welder you will have:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder within manufacturing or engineering
• Strong aluminium welding experience (desirable)
• Confident welding stainless steel and mild steel
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Skilled in producing cosmetic and structural welds
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to inspect own work and maintain high-quality standards
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Please note: This is not a trainee position. We require experienced TIG Welders who can deliver high?quality work immediately.

Experience Required

• TIG welding: 1 year (required)
• Aluminium welding: 1 year (preferred)
