We're looking for an Insight Executive to join a fast-paced operational team where you'll play a key role in investigating complex cases, analysing data, and delivering accurate reporting to support business and regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in data analysis, financial services, customer resolutions, complaints handling, operations, or business reporting who enjoys solving problems and working with stakeholders across multiple functions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Investigating and responding to commission-related enquiries and data requests.
• Analysing historical data and producing clear, accurate insights and reports.
• Preparing and maintaining case files and supporting documentation.
• Carrying out reconciliations and checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Supporting the implementation of case outcomes and required actions.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and improve processes.
• Identifying trends, exceptions, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintaining accurate records and up-to-date process documentation.
• Supporting reporting requirements and presenting findings to a variety of audiences.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience within financial services, banking, automotive finance, customer resolutions, complaints, operations, or an analytical environment.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.

✅ Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

✅ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

✅ Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
