Manpower are currently seeking a part-time onsite HR Co-ordinator, to work with our global client onsite in Blackpool (FY4).

This is a part-time temporary ongoing role requiring 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £13.33 per hour, depending upon experience (plus quarterly performance related bonus)

20-25 hours per week (fixed pattern agreed in advance, within 07:00-19:00 Monday-Friday)

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and self-sufficient part-time Onsite Delivery Consultant to take ownership of recruitment and workforce support at a key client site in Blackpool. You'll be working in an office within a manufacturing environment, supporting day-to-day workforce operations for a world-renowned, market-leading organisation specialising in medical equipment manufacturing.

This is a standalone, part-time role where you'll be the primary onsite contact, managing everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and day-to-day workforce queries. You'll be trusted to organise your own time, manage priorities, and make decisions independently.

This role is ideal for parents, returners to work, or anyone looking for a structured part-time role with genuine work-life balance, offering flexibility in how the 20 hours are worked. Full training will be provided, with ongoing remote support from your Client Account Manager.

This is a fully onsite role. A consistent weekly working pattern will be agreed in advance to ensure reliable onsite coverage.

Working Pattern Flexibility

Your 20-25 hours will be agreed as a fixed weekly working pattern to ensure consistent onsite support. There is flexibility in how these hours are structured (within Monday-Friday, 07:00-19:00), and this will be agreed based on both business needs and individual availability.

Typical patterns may include:

Shorter hours across 4-5 days

Longer days across fewer days

Working patterns will be agreed at the start and remain consistent.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordinating inductions and setting up new starters
  • Acting as the main onsite contact for both workers and the client
  • Handling attendance, welfare, and employee relations matters
  • Responding to queries and providing day-to-day workforce support
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR support, or a similar role
  • Confident working independently and managing your own workload
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients and workers
  • Comfortable handling sensitive or challenging conversations
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy

What You'll Get

  • £13.33 per hour
  • A part-time role designed to support work-life balance
  • 20-25 hours per week with an agreed, consistent working pattern
  • Full training with ongoing remote support
  • The opportunity to take ownership of your own site
  • Experience working with a well-established global organisation
  • Free onsite parking
  • Access to onsite canteen
  • Free tea and coffee
