Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you passionate about finding great talent and creating exceptional candidate experiences?
We're looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment process and help attract, engage, and hire the best people for our business.

What You'll Do

• Manage vacancies from approval through to offer.
• Create engaging job adverts using AI and employer branding best practices.
• Source and attract candidates through Recruitee, Indeed, internal channels, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and select the right talent.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
• Administer SHL assessments and occupational health processes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
• Support employer branding initiatives with schools, colleges, and external partners.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using an ATS.
• A passion for candidate experience and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The Deal:

• Monday - Friday (37.5 hour per week, flexible working times between 07:30 and 17:30)
• Pay - £36,500 per annum
