We are searching for an inspiring Head Chef to lead the kitchen in an exciting new boutique hospitality venture set in one of the most stunning locations in the North of Scotland.

This is a rare opportunity. We are looking for a passionate foodie with creativity, flair and a genuine love for showcasing the very best of Scotland's incredible local produce including fish and locally farmed meat.

The role:-

• Design and develop seasonal, innovative menus.
• Lead, inspire and develop a talented kitchen team.
• Build relationships with local suppliers and champion, fresh, regional ingredients.
• Delivery exceptional quality and unforgettable dining experiences.
• Maintain the highest standard of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.
• Play a key role in shaping the reputation of this exciting new destination.

About you:-

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Passing for creating outstanding dishes using fresh, local incredients.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with excellent stock and cost control.
• Calm under pressure with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellent.
