Manpower Scotland are recruiting Production Operatives for our client based near Newtongrange. This is a temporary dayshift role within a busy food production environment, offering consistent hours and long term potential based on performance.
About the Role
You will work as part of the production team to support daily manufacturing activities. This is a hands?on role involving line work, packing and general factory duties to maintain smooth and efficient output.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on the production line to pack, sort and prepare products
- Picking and packing items to meet daily targets
- Following food hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times
- Carrying out basic checks on products and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Assisting with general factory duties as required
- Working as part of a team to ensure steady production flow
What We're Looking For
- Previous food production or factory experience advantageous but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast?paced environment
- Own transport advantageous due to location
