Night Hygiene Operative

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operative to join a well-established Coldstore and Warehouse Site. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping within a fast-paced environment.

Site location requires own or reliable transport
No public transport links are available to the site

Shift Pattern

8pm-5am
Monday to Thursday (Friday flexibility is also required)

Pay Rate

£13.85ph

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and sanitising doors, safety-barriers, general safety equipment, windows, building infrastructure
General yard tidy-up including sweeping / maintaining cleanliness throughout warehouse and production areas
Cleaning high-level areas, including behind evaporators and roof void access points
Maintaining hygiene standards within loading and dispatch areas
Following all site hygiene, health & safety, and food safety procedures
Ensuring cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed schedules
Correctly using cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE

What We're Looking For
Experience

Previous experience within a hygiene, industrial cleaning, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is desirable
Experience working within food production or FMCG environments would be advantageous

Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts consistently
