Manpower is proud to be partnering with Johnson & Johnson to recruit a Production Coordinator to join the Production team in Blackpool.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation where you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day production operations. Working closely with the Production Operations Lead and wider Production team, you'll coordinate key administrative activities, maintain production systems and documentation, and help ensure production processes run efficiently.

As a Production Coordinator, you'll be a central point of contact across the production function, supporting communication, maintaining accurate operational records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Production team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports and maintaining production documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Production staff and the Production Operations Lead, ensuring information is communicated effectively across the team.
  • Maintain accurate production schedules, inventory records, equipment usage data and ERP systems.
  • Produce reports and maintain operational databases to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Support quality activities by ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and audit-ready.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build positive working relationships across the Production team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve production objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail across all aspects of the role.

About You

You'll be a proactive and organised individual who enjoys supporting operational teams and thrives in a busy production environment. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating with a range of stakeholders and delivering accurate work to a consistently high standard.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of two years' experience within a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to work.

Desirable

  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing terminology.
  • Experience supporting quality documentation and audit readiness.
  • Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
