My client is currently looking for a Production Operative to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacture of high-quality gas cylinders to exacting standards.

Working a 3 rotating shift days afternoons & nights

0600-1400

1400-2200

2200-0600

paying £12.71 per hour weekly pay, with a shift allowance paid on top and over time

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Following standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Carrying out manual handling tasks as required
• Performing basic quality checks to ensure products meet specification
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with health & safety standards
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred, not essential)
• A strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work reliably as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and be flexible across different production tasks
