Manpower are delighted to be recruiting for a Team Leader on behalf of a client based in Grimsby. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join a supportive and collaborative management team within a fast-paced production environment.

The successful person will be responsible for overseeing factory operations and leading a team of approximately 12 employees on a day-to-day basis, with the opportunity to step into a broader management support role when required.

Shift Pattern

• Monday- Friday
• 5:30- 14:30

Pay Rate

• £14.77 per hour

The Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of factory operations, supporting both production teams and site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing production processes within the factory
• Managing and motivating a team of approximately 12 employees
• Ensuring operational procedures are followed effectively
• Monitoring team performance and productivity and forecast/ production staffing planning

• Reporting operational performance to the wider management team
• Ensuring hours worked are recorded accurately
• Confirming and validating payroll information before submission

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Management role is essential
• Experience leading teams within a manufacturing, production, food, or factory environment would be highly advantageous

Skills & Attributes

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities
• Confident working with operational and payroll-related data
• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple departments
