Location: Twyford Area, Winchester
Salary: £13.03 per hour - Weekly Pay
Hours: Monday - Friday - 6am - 2:30pm
Must Drive Manual Vehicle

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful manufacturer looking for a hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Operative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock, materials, and finished goods through the warehouse operation while helping support on-time deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics

Receiving, checking, and booking in goods
Preparing, packing, and dispatching customer orders
Managing stock rotation and maintaining accurate stock levels
Supporting warehouse and freezer operations in line with company procedures
Completing goods-in and goods-out documentation accurately
Organising inward and outward collections and deliveries
Bulk packing products as required
Assisting with deliveries and driving duties when needed
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Health & Safety

Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
Reporting any hazards, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
Contributing to a safe working environment for colleagues and visitors

General Duties

Working closely with colleagues across different departments
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining excellent communication with team members and customers
Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist in other areas when required
Undertaking additional duties appropriate to the role and training provided

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous warehouse, logistics, or stores experience
Is organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Can work effectively both independently and within a team
Has a positive, proactive attitude
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Holds a valid driving licence (advantageous)
Forklift licence would be beneficial but is not essential
