Location: Cardiff City Centre
Contract: Permanent
Start date: Within 1 - 2 weeks
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Part time, Tuesday, to Thursday. 10 am - 4 pm (18 hours per week)

We're recruiting a Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of a busy site in Cardiff City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical maintenance experience looking for a part-time role with consistent hours.

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks
• Basic painting, repairs and upkeep of the building
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Identifying and resolving maintenance issues
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day maintenance requirements

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a maintenance, caretaking, facilities, or similar hands-on role
• Confidence using tools and carrying out basic repairs
• A practical approach with good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
