Essential: Experience of working in a administrative role within a complex organisation

  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise your work whilst ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • An understanding of the principles of the GDPR and DPA

  • Superb communication skills including an excellent standard of spoken and written English

Desirable:

  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of UK Higher Education admissions (Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate) including the UCAS process (business rules, routes & deadlines and confirmation & clearing). At least one area is required, but both is preferred.
  • Knowledge of qualifications and understanding of comparability/equivalencies, either UK or international (both is preferable, but not essential)
  • Knowledge of fee assessment for any of the UK regions
  • Knowledge of the compliance requirements for UKVI student route (for at least one study level)
