The Role
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join one of our client's busy team in Appley Bridge on a temp basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
This position will provide key support to the wider team, acting as a reliable "helping hand" across multiple administrative and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the team
Assisting with matching PODs (Proof of Delivery) to records/invoices
Handling and resolving invoice queries
Raising credit notes accurately and efficiently
Supporting with distribution orders and related processes
Carrying out data processing and data entry tasks
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with processes
About You
Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident working with data and internal systems
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
A proactive and team-oriented attitude
Good communication skills
