Quality Systems & Data Lead
Location: St Athan / Gaydon (with regular cross-site travel)

Manpower is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Aston Martin for a Quality Systems & Data Lead to join their Quality team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how quality data, reporting and business intelligence are managed across one of the world's most iconic automotive brands.

Working across Aston Martin's St Athan and Gaydon sites, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports the Quality function. You will help create a single source of truth for quality reporting by connecting data from multiple systems, improving visibility of key performance indicators and enabling informed decision-making throughout the business.

Reporting to the Quality Strategy & Systems Manager, you will design and maintain robust data flows, build automated reporting solutions and develop clear reporting pathways that support transparency, governance and performance management. Acting as a key link between Quality, IT and wider business stakeholders, you will ensure complex data is transformed into meaningful insights that drive continuous improvement.

You will play a leading role in centralising Quality KPIs, standardising data definitions and creating intuitive dashboards that provide clear visibility of business performance. The role will also involve developing automated escalation and alerting mechanisms, supporting proactive decision-making and helping identify opportunities for operational improvement.

As part of Aston Martin's continued focus on innovation, you will support the delivery of AI and advanced analytics initiatives, helping the business unlock additional value from its data through enhanced reporting, predictive insights and improved system capability.

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience within data systems, quality systems, business planning or analytics in a complex engineering or manufacturing environment. You will have proven experience developing data pipelines and reporting solutions, together with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python and data architecture principles. Experience working with ERP systems and quality information management processes will also be highly advantageous.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded professional who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable working across multiple functions, influencing key stakeholders and translating technical information into practical business solutions.

Experience within automotive manufacturing or quality environments would be beneficial, as would exposure to digital transformation projects, enterprise systems implementation, machine learning or advanced analytics initiatives.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Aston Martin at a time of transformation and innovation, contributing to the development of data-driven quality systems that support world-class manufacturing and business performance.

If you are passionate about data, continuous improvement and delivering meaningful business insight, we would love to hear from you
