Location: Maidstone or Polegate
Pay: £125-£150 per day + Enhanced Overtime (OTE £50,000-£60,000+)
Contract Type: Full Time | Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 4.00pm - Overtime flexibility is required for evenings & weekends, when needed,

Chaffin Works is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support its growing Arboriculture and Grounds Maintenance division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and industry experience who is looking for long-term career progression with a well-established business.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage teams, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and act as the main point of contact on site.

Essential Qualifications

• CS30 & CS31
• SSSTS
• CSCS
• Chipper

Desirable

• Strimmer
• IPAF / MEWP
• Machine Operator certifications
