FLT Counterbalance Operator -Dayshift - 4 on 4 off - Grangemouth


We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the logistics and warehousing sector, for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operator to join their day shift team in Grangemouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking for long-term, consistent work, initially on a temporary basis.

Shift Pattern & Hours

• Dayshift working a 4 on 4 off pattern
• Shift time: 07:30am start
• Fixed rota offering stability and a great work/life balance
• Ongoing position with the potential for permanent employment

Pay

• £13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods from trailers and vehicles
• Moving stock around the warehouse or yard
• Maintaining accurate records of stock movement
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Comfortable wearing extra PPE when handling certain products, safety googles, disposable PPE suit etc
