Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Tewkesbury | Chilled Warehouse Environment

Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 5 days out of 7, with various start times from 4:00am
Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked

We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established and modern chilled warehouse operation in Tewkesbury. The Role

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

Duties Include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Stock replenishment and rotation
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (refreshed within the last 3 years)
• Previous FLT experience within a warehouse, FMCG, food production, or distribution environment
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Own transport due to early shift start times
