Pay: £14 per hour
Hours: 07:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (42 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary until 9th October (with potential for extension)

About the Role

Our client is the UK's leading hire provider, offering the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant, and support services for every job.

As a Delivery Driver (3.5 Tonne), you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation, delivering hire equipment to customers across the local area. You'll be driving a 3.5 tonne flatbed van and acting as the face of the business, providing excellent customer service while representing the company's values and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect hire equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Plan routes effectively and maintain delivery schedules.
• Support operational teams as required.
• Contribute towards the company's ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.

What You'll Need

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Experience driving within the UK.
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious approach.
