Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team in Sevenoaks.

The Role

As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe handling, tracking, storage, processing, and movement of valuable client materials and documentation.

The successful Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will support warehouse operations, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, process documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing practical warehouse responsibilities with administration and logistics coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, categorise, and barcode documentation for accurate tracking.
  • Palletise boxes and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out specialist media cleaning and processing activities in line with company procedures.
  • Operate media imaging equipment and maintain accurate records.
  • Scan, process, and organise documentation.
  • Receive, inspect, and dispatch incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate deliveries, collections, and logistics activities.
  • Update internal systems with accurate job, tracking, and billing information.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support occasional courier and delivery requirements.
  • Undertake manual handling duties safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and office environment.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping, stores, distribution, inventory, or operational environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 23kg.
  • GCSEs or equivalent education.

Desirable

  • Experience within shipping, freight, or logistics coordination.
  • Warehouse administration or inventory control experience.
  • Experience handling records, archives, or technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of geological or geophysical data would be advantageous but is not essential.
