The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
About the role
Support the delivery of Reward Operations activities associated with the Foods Separation programme, with a particular focus on Annual Pay Review (APR), pay-related data and wider reward activities.
Working within the Global Reward Operations team, you'll coordinate day-to-day activities, keep deadlines and deliverables on track, and ensure data, reporting and employee reward statements are accurate. This is a hands-on coordination role in a fast-paced, changing environment, working closely with Reward, HR, Payroll and project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate APR operational activities, monitoring milestones, following up on outstanding actions and supporting business readiness.
- Gather and validate data from Reward, HR, Payroll and project stakeholders, completing reconciliations and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Produce and maintain reports, trackers and dashboards to give stakeholders clear visibility of progress, deadlines and outstanding issues.
- Support the generation, checking and preparation of employee reward statements for distribution.
- Coordinate late changes, checking inputs, tracking requests and ensuring the necessary approvals are obtained.
- Act as a central contact for reward operations enquiries, resolving or directing queries to the appropriate team and tracking them through to completion within agreed timescales.
- Keep process guidance, operating procedures and system-related documentation accurate and up to date.
- Identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and strengthen checks within existing processes.
About you
You'll bring experience supporting HR, Reward, Payroll, Compensation or People Operations processes. Your ability to organise work, communicate clearly and follow actions through to completion will be particularly important.
We're looking for:
- Strong Excel skills, with confidence handling, analysing and checking large datasets.
- Good systems experience and the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or similar HR systems would be helpful.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing deadlines and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders and flag issues promptly.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment where priorities can change.
- Experience maintaining operational trackers, reports and process documentation.
- Experience gained outside the UK or in sectors other than FMCG is welcome.
