We are currently recruiting for an experienced Extrusion Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bridgend on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous extrusion experience who is looking for a long-term role with excellent earning potential and a great shift pattern that offers regular time off.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating extrusion machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Carrying out machine checks and basic fault finding.
• Recording production information accurately.
• Working to production targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous extrusion operating experience is essential.
• Strong manufacturing or production background.
• Good understanding of quality standards and production processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to health and safety.
