FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Appley Bridge, Wigan (WN6)
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour + £36.65 Weekly Attendance Bonus
Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Assignment (Minimum 3 Months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 5:00pm

Manpower is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives with a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence to join a specialist manufacturing business based in Appley Bridge, Wigan.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with consistent weekday hours, a weekly attendance bonus, and the potential for a long-term assignment.

The Role

Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT to move materials and stock
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
• Assisting with stock movement and warehouse organisation
• Handling large and heavy materials safely
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• Ability to undertake manual handling and physical work
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented approach
