Counterbalance FLT Driver

Job Type: Ongoing Temporary (Temp-to-Perm)
Salary: £13.75 per hour (£15.57 per hour overtime)
Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our client in Haydock. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and yard operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock and materials throughout the site.

Duties Include:

• Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Moving pallets and stock within the warehouse and yard
• Supporting general warehouse operations when required
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
• Double handler experience is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to pass an on-site FLT assessment and interview
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
