Are you the kind of person who takes pride in getting things right the first time? Our Client is a growing manufacturer of high-quality LED reading lights for Aerospace, Maritime and Commercial interiors, and they're looking for an enthusiastic Production Assembler to join the assembly team on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doing:
* Assemble a range of lighting products using detailed instructions, to a very high standard
* Carry out work in line with AS9100 requirements
* Complete electrical assembly tasks (electrical assembly experience is preferable)
* Perform electrical testing checks as part of the production process
* Work closely with the team to keep output consistent and quality high

What you'll bring:
* Previous fine assembly experience (electrical assembly experience is a bonus)
* Excellent attention to detail and a "quality first" mindset
* Computer literacy to support working processes
* Good communication skills and confidence working as part of a team
* Comfortable completing electrical testing accurately

Additional information:
* Permanent full-time role with an immediate start possible
* Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on Friday (41.5 hours per week)
* Salary: £29,500
